Was it worth it? Yes, of course but it wasn't easy.
Remember that the right solution is the key.
And the right key is knowledge!

I’ll admit, I was skeptical that Keto 28 day challenge would make a difference for me over the course of 1 month. However in 20 days I have definitely noticed increased alertness & energy in the late afternoon timeframe.


During workouts, I have noticed that I am able to lift weights without my elbow tendinitis bothering me. I am assuming this could be related to decreased inflammation. In addition my clothes are feeling more comfortable. I plan on continuing Keto. Check out my before and after photos and give it a try!
